Returns & Exchanges

At Slime OG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
